Chengdu-Mengding Mountain- Ya'an
The journey from Chengdu drive to Mengding Mountain Scenic Spot is 150 kilometres long and takes about 2 hours. Upon arrival at Mengding Mountain Scenic Spot, visit and learn about the history of tea culture, tea-making process and various tea varieties.
After the tour, go down the mountain and check in the Ya'an hotel. For dinner, you could taste local specialities, such as Ya'an Sanhuang Chicken and Lamei Hotpot.

Ya'an - Mengding Mountain - Chengdu
The guide would pick you up from your hotel in Ya'an and head to Mengding Mountain Viewing Platform. As well as visit Lingyun Pavilion, the highest point of Mengding Mountain, overlooking the whole tea mountain and Ya'an city. You could savour the local specialties nearby.
Then, participate in tea picking activities in the tea plantation, experience the process of tea picking. Some tea gardens will provide picking experience and tea making teaching activities.
After the tour, your guide will transfer you back to your hotel in Chengdu.
