• To get a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience starts.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience starts, your payment will not be refunded.

• Any changes made within 24 hours before the experience start time will not be accepted.

• For itineraries that include air tickets, you can cancel 15 days before the experience and get a full refund (including air tickets)

• If you cancel less than 15 days before the experience starts, your refund will not be refunded (including air tickets)
