Two-Day Exclusive Tour of Mount Emei and Leshan

Le guide viendra vous chercher à l'hôtel de Chengdu et vous emmènera à Emei. Le trajet total est d'environ 158 kilomètres et dure environ 3 heures. À midi, vous dégusterez un authentique banquet d'Emei dans les environs. Après le déjeuner, départ pour la visite de Leidongping dans la zone panoramique de Jinding du mont Emei, et prise du téléphérique aller-retour de Jinding. Arrivée pour visiter la salle d'or, la salle d'argent et la salle de bronze du temple Huazang de Jinding.

Prendre ensuite le téléphérique pour descendre du temple et revenir au parking de Leidongping. Prenez le bus touristique de la région pittoresque pour descendre la montagne et dîner. Après le dîner, le guide vous conduira à l'hôtel.

We will depart from Chengdu and travel along the rural landscape of the Western Sichuan Plain, a picturesque drive of about two hours to see rice paddies, vineyards and tea trees. Upon arrival in Leshan, you will be blown away by the scale of the Big Buddha. We started by paddling along the river to enjoy the magnificent full view of the Giant Buddha from the water, which really is the perfect perspective. Afterwards, we climbed up the walkway to the head of the Buddha and stood on the shoulder of the Buddha for a photo, which really made you feel small.

Continuing down the narrow stone steps to the foot of the Buddha, standing on the huge foot of the statue to look up at its full view, the feeling really cannot be described in words. This perspective will not only let you appreciate the details of the Big Buddha, but also let you feel the power of the ancient wisdom and faith gathered behind it. Apart from the Big Buddha, we will also visit the Lingyun Temple and the museum to learn about the story behind this Buddha statue. Your guide will take you through the history of the Big Buddha carving and explain its significance in Buddhist culture. After the tour, the guide would take you back to the Chengdu hotel about 3 hours.
