This tour is specially designed for European and American tourists. Morning: Arrange warm pick-up service at Kunming Changshui International Airport, take a comfortable commercial vehicle to Kunming Center Holiday Inn (Ctrip Three Diamonds) for check-in. Morning: Breakfast at the hotel and then transfer to Kunming High-speed Railway Station. After arriving at Kunming High-speed Railway Station, take a 4-hour high speed train to Lincang Station. Afternoon: After leaving Lincang Station, take the chartered bus to Cangyuan Wa Autonomous County, which takes about 3.5 hours. In order to keep the tourists in good condition during the journey, the driver will stop the bus at a safe rest area at the right time, so that the tourists can take a rest and move their bodies. After arriving at Cangyuan, stay at Wa Mountain Tianyue Hotel (Ctrip Triple Diamond Hotel), which has a strong Wa style, and visitors can feel the unique charm of Wa culture from the decoration to the service.
Morning: After breakfast, take a chartered bus to the “Touch of Black” Carnival site. Before departure, the tour guide will introduce the origins, customs and precautions of the carnival, such as the black pigment applied is made from natural plants, which not only brings blessings, but also has certain benefits to the skin, so that tourists can feel relieved to participate. After arriving at the site, tourists can first visit the Wa cultural display area to learn about the history, costumes and handicrafts of the Wa. After that, watch the grand opening ceremony performance, including Wa traditional songs and dances, sacrificial ceremonies, etc., and feel the warm atmosphere of the festival. Lunch: It is recommended to dine in the food area at the carnival site to taste various Wa specialties and local snacks. Morning: After breakfast, take the chartered bus again to the “Touch Your Black” Carnival site, where tourists can continue to participate in the carnival activities and experience the joyful atmosphere of the festival. Visitors can choose to learn the Wa traditional dance movements and participate in the dance competition to experience the unique charm of Wa dance; Afternoon: proceed to Longmoya-Mystical Ritual Resort. The place is full of mysterious atmosphere and enshrines many bull heads, which is an important place for Wa rituals and prayers. Tourists can visit the traditional Wa dwellings and communicate with local residents to learn about their daily life and customs. Evening: Return to Cangyuan County, tourists can freely choose to taste various special snacks in the night market of the county, such as baked tofu and fried yam. Feel the local fireworks. Afterwards, take the chartered bus back to the hotel to rest and review the wonderful journey of the day.
Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, check out and take the chartered bus from Cangyuan to Lincang City, about 3.5 hours on the way. After arriving at Lincang, the tour guide will assist the tourists to go through the formalities for taking the high-speed train and return to Kunming by high-speed train in about 4 hours. Afternoon: send tourists to Kunming Changshui International Airport, say goodbye to tourists at the airport, draw a successful conclusion for this journey, tourists embark on the road back home.
