荆州三国公园 - 门票、开放时间、位置和亮点
Sanguo Park (三国公园, Three Kingdoms Park), situated in Jingzhou, covers an expansive area of 260,000 square meters, with a significant portion, 170,000 square meters, dedicated to water features. Embracing the natural beauty of Beihu Lake, the park draws inspiration from the major historical events depicted in Luo Guanzhong’s “Romance of the Three Kingdoms,” featuring the Wei, Shu, and Wu states. The park is divided into four sections: Dongyuan (East Garden), Xiyuan (West Garden), Zhudao (Pearl Island), and Zhongdao (Central Island). The lake sparkles with ripples, adorned by fragrant lotus flowers, while the shores echo with the melodies of singing birds and rows of green willows.

Highlights of Sanguo Park
As visitors step into the park, they are greeted by a grand tableau showcasing the turbulent events of the Three Kingdoms. On the southern side of the tableau lies the “Peach Garden,” where statues of Liu Bei, 关羽和 Zhang Fei stand tall, symbolizing the oath of brotherhood sworn in the Peach Garden. On the northern side, within the “Hall of Virtuous Scholars,” next to the wine-brewing pavilion, the fragrance of plum blossoms in the Plum Garden resonates with the historical tale of “Brewing Wine under the Plum Trees to Discuss Heroes.” A 397-meter-long gallery, styled like ancient city walls, winds through the park. To the north of the gallery stands the Bronze Sparrow Terrace, where a resolute statue of Cao Cao is enshrined within the pavilion. To the south, there is the Yushan Pavilion and Kongming Bridge, where the figure of 诸葛亮 is depicted holding a feather fan, exuding an air of leisure. Opposite Kongming Bridge on the eastern bank of West Lake is a statue of Sun Quan, the founding emperor of the Eastern Wu state, positioned in front of the Huai Gu Pavilion.
Additionally, on the western side of the Central Island, there is a “Borrowing Arrows Pavilion.” In this pavilion, ancient bows and arrows are provided, allowing visitors to relive the historic tale of “Borrowing Arrows with Straw Boats.” Visitors on a connected boat can shoot arrows toward straw boats anchored in the lake, recreating the memorable story of resourcefulness and strategic brilliance.
