1. Vehicle Cancellation: Cancellation within 48 hours before departure, 50% of the fee will be charged; Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged in full.

3. Change of tour guide: If you need to change the tour guide's language or service time, you need to apply 3 days in advance.

• If we are unable to perform the contract due to war, flood, typhoon, fire, strike, storm, earthquake or other circumstances that we cannot foresee or avoid, we will notify the customer in the first time and provide the best solution, and the final bill will be settled according to the service we actually provided.
• Up to 7 days prior to departure: Refund 100% of all payments made, excluding hotel, rail, customs and PayPal taxes (if applicable). All taxes will be itemized. 3 to 7 days prior to departure: 90% refund, excluding hotel, rail, customs and PayPal penalties (if applicable). All fines will be itemized.
• 3 days prior to departure: no refunds. After the tour has started, we will not be able to refund any amount if the service is cancelled due to no-show, early departure, late arrival or missed tour days.
