Arrivel in the Lijiang and transfer to your hotel for check-in and a brief rest. Explore Lijiang Ancient Town, where you can experience the unique Naxi culture. Visit Mu's Residence and Square Street, the children can feed pigeons in the square of the old town and experience local handicrafts with parents. Taking some family group photo with this also could be a nice choice as a memory. Sample local delicacies like Lijiang caravan cuisine, and enjoy the lively nightlife of the old town.
Head to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and take the cable car up the mountain to witness its breathtaking snowy peaks, which is an outdoor activity enjoyed by adults and children all like. Children can take the cable car to enjoy the breathtaking views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, especially playing and taking photos in the snow.Then, visit Blue Moon Valley, where the water turns a stunning blue on clear days. Jade Dragon Snow Mountain is the closest snow-capped mountain to the equator in the Northern Hemisphere, offering spectacular views, while Blue Moon Valley is often called the "Little Jiuzhaigou" due to its beautiful waters.
Take a car ride to Shangri-La. Upon arrival, visit Ganden Sumtseling Monastery, the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan, known for its rich historical and religious significance. Its unique architecture, featuring golden roofs and white walls, creates a solemn and majestic atmosphere. Experience the local Tibetan culture and cuisine. In the plateau meadows of Shangri-La, children can experience horseback riding or yak riding to feel the vastness and freedom of the grassland.
Visit Pudacuo National Park, known for its mirror-like alpine lakes, lush pastures, flower-filled wetlands, and primeval forests where wildlife frequently appears. This is a place for young and old alike. Children can watch wildlife (e.g. yaks, squirrels, etc.) and take a walk or picnic in the meadows around the lake. After the tour, return to Lijiang.
Enjoy free time in Lijiang. Depending on your departure time, transfer to the airport, concluding your delightful journey.
