1. Vehicle Cancellation: Cancellation within 48 hours before departure, 50% of the fee will be charged; Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged in full.

• Up to 7 days prior to departure: 100% of all money paid is refunded, excluding fines charged by hotels, railways, airlines and PayPal (if applicable). All fines will be itemized.
• 3 to 7 days prior to departure: 90% refund, excluding penalties charged by hotels, railways, airlines and PayPal (if applicable). All fines will be itemized.
• Within 3 days prior to departure: no refunds. After the tour has started, we will not be able to refund any amount if the service is cancelled due to no-show, early departure, late arrival or missed tour days.
• For groups of more than 10 people: Cancellation terms may vary from case to case. Please consult your travel advisor about your group's cancellation policy.
